You may NOT use Yoinkme for:

• Spam or bulk unsolicited messaging
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
• Impersonation or misleading identity claims
• Data scraping or unauthorized data collection
• Circumventing platform rate limits or security restrictions
• Distributing illegal content, malware, or phishing materials
• Gathering competitor intelligence through automation
• Reselling, sharing, or providing access to Yoinkme to unauthorized parties
• Automated account creation or credential stuffing
• Violating Instagram, LinkedIn, or Meta Terms of Service

Yoinkme enforces reasonable rate limits to protect platform stability and compliance. Yoinkme reserves the right to throttle, limit, or suspend automation volume if usage patterns indicate abuse or excessive load.

All content transmitted via Yoinkme automations must:

• Not contain hate speech, discrimination, or targeted harassment
• Not include adult or sexually explicit material
• Not make false, misleading, or deceptive claims
• Not attempt phishing, credential theft, or fraud
• Comply with advertising and consumer protection laws
