Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy governs billing, cancellation, and refund terms for Yoinkme subscriptions. Billing is monthly. By using Yoinkme, you agree to these terms.

1. No Refunds Policy

Yoinkme does not provide refunds under any circumstances, except as specifically outlined in this policy. All payments are final and non-refundable.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Subscribers Only)

As a one-time exception, first-time subscribers to Yoinkme are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their first payment, provided the request is submitted within the 30-day window.

  • Eligibility: First-time paid subscribers only
  • Request deadline: Within 30 days of initial payment
  • Refund amount: Full payment for first billing period
  • How to request: Email support@yoinkme.com with "30-Day Refund Request" in the subject line
  • Processing time: Refunds processed within 5–7 business days

This guarantee applies once per account. Repeat accounts or accounts created to circumvent this policy are ineligible.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Yoinkme subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

  • Access continues: Until the end of your current billing period
  • Data retention: Your account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation
  • Refunds: No refunds issued for partial months
  • Reactivation: You may reactivate a cancelled subscription at any time

4. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  • Log into your Yoinkme account and navigate to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
  • Email support@yoinkme.com with a cancellation request and your account email address
  • Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing cycle

5. No Prorated Refunds

Unused portions of billing periods are not refunded or credited. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access through the end of that billing period at no additional cost.

6. Free Trials

Free trial periods (if offered) automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial end date. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends.

7. Price Changes

Yoinkme may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of Yoinkme after the notice period constitutes your acceptance of new pricing. If you do not accept price changes, you may cancel before the effective date.

8. Downgrades

Downgrades to a lower tier take effect at your next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference in pricing for the current period.

9. Account Credits

Any account credits issued by Yoinkme are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expire after 12 months of inactivity or account cancellation, whichever comes first.

10. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your payment processor, your Yoinkme account will be immediately suspended pending resolution. Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

11. Billing Issues

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support@yoinkme.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve billing disputes in good faith.
