Data Deletion Request
Yoinkme is committed to your privacy and full compliance with Meta Platform policies. If you connected your Instagram or Facebook account to Yoinkme and wish to have all your data deleted, you can do so using any of the methods below. Upon deletion, all data obtained from Meta APIs is permanently removed from our systems.
How to delete your data
- 1.Open Instagram and go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, or go to your Facebook App Settings.
- 2.Find Yoinkme in your list of connected apps.
- 3.Tap Remove to revoke access and trigger a data deletion callback.
- 4.You will receive a confirmation code. All data will be permanently deleted within 90 days.
Alternatively, you can delete all data directly from within Yoinkme by going to Settings → Delete Everything. This immediately queues all your data for permanent deletion, including all Instagram and Facebook data.
What data is deleted
All data obtained from Meta Platform APIs and all data generated by Yoinkme on your behalf is permanently deleted, including but not limited to:
- •Instagram and Facebook OAuth access tokens and permissions
- •Profile information obtained via Instagram Graph API and Facebook Graph API
- •Comment data, direct message content, and conversation history
- •Automation configurations, trigger settings, and response templates
- •Lead data, email addresses, and engagement history
- •Media metadata and post information
No data retained after deletion
Yoinkme does not retain any copy of your data after the deletion process is complete — not on our servers, databases, backups, or any third-party storage. All Meta Platform data and user-generated data is permanently and irreversibly removed. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party at any point during or after the deletion process.
